When will it arrive?
We pack your box in 3–5 working days, or the next working day with express. Delivery then usually takes 4–6 working days. Before you pay, we show you an estimated arrival date.
Which box is right for my child's age?
The Classic box is packed for three age bands: 6–18 months, 1.5–4 years and 4+. Dinos, Unicorns and Vehicles are for ages 4 and up. Some pieces are small, so little ones should play with an adult nearby.
Can I order for siblings?
Yes. Add each child in the builder with their own name, age and world – they don't have to match. You still pay just one delivery fee.
How much is delivery?
Across the EU: from €7 to your door, and in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg also from €12 to a pickup point or locker. The fee depends on the country, and you'll see yours when you order. One fee per order, however many boxes.
Can I return it?
Each box is made for your child, with their name on it, so it can't be returned like a regular product. If anything is wrong or damaged, write to us and we'll put it right.
Can I ask you to swap something?
Yes. Tell us in the note what they love, what they already have or what to skip, and we'll pack around it.
What exactly is inside?
At least 8 activities plus a sensory surprise: things to build, stick, colour, squeeze and discover. What goes in depends on their age, the world you choose and your trip. Photos show example boxes.
How big is the box?
23 × 16 × 5.7 cm. It fits in a kid's backpack or the seat pocket on a plane. The box is sturdy and reusable, so it can travel again.
What's the return-trip refill?
A second set of new activities that fits in the same box. Hand it over on the way home and the trip back feels new too. It costs €39 per child.
How can I pay?
Payment goes through Stripe, and you'll see the payment methods available in your country, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Visa and Mastercard. With Multibanco you pay later using a reference, and we start packing once the payment reaches us.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Choose "Send as a gift" and we'll leave the prices out and add a card with your message. The name on the box is the best part of the present.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Poland and most of the EU: every member country except Germany and Austria (paused for now), Cyprus and Malta. Somewhere else? Leave your email at checkout and we'll tell you when we get there.
