Withdraw from contract
The travel backpack didn't work out? You can withdraw from buying it within 14 days of receiving it. The boxes are made to order with your child's name, so the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to them.
You can also withdraw by email to lucy@acoto.ooo or by post. The model form is in our terms.
