Terms and conditions of the "A Co To" online store

This English translation is provided for legal review. Before launching production sales in new markets, confirm the final legal version.

§ 1 Preamble

These terms define the rights and obligations of users of the Acotobox online store and the rules of its operation, including rules for concluding sales agreements, placing orders, and making payments.
The terms are available on the Acotobox online store website in a way that allows customers to obtain, reproduce, and save their contents.

The owner and administrator of the Acotobox online store is A Co To Lucyna Ludwiczak, NIP: 7773132782, ul. Fiołkowa 12, 62-030 Luboń, Poland.
The layout of graphic elements, the content layout, and the website content, including photos, are the property of the Acotobox online store and are protected under copyright law.
Through the Acotobox online store, the Seller conducts retail sales of goods.
For transaction-related matters, customers may contact Acotobox Lucyna Ludwiczak by post at ul. Fiołkowa 12, 62-030 Luboń, Poland; by email at lucy@acoto.ooo; or by phone at +48 696 766 760, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.
Information provided on the Store website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. It is an invitation to conclude a sales agreement.

The customer may place an order by completing the order form.
Prices shown on the website are in Polish zloty or euro, depending on the delivery country.
The order summary shows the total price of the order and delivery costs. The customer is informed of all costs while completing the order form.
Before placing an order, the customer must read and accept these terms. Acceptance is voluntary but required to place an order correctly.
Accepting the completed order form and proceeding to payment is equivalent to the buyer concluding a sales agreement.
After the order is placed, the Seller promptly informs the customer by email that the order has been accepted for processing.
The order is saved in the online store system and in Stripe as proof that the agreement has been concluded.

Payments in the online store are handled by the international Stripe platform. Stripe's terms are available at stripe.com.
Order processing usually takes up to 5 business days, unless the customer chooses express shipping or the parties agree otherwise.
Delivery of goods is available in Poland and in the European countries indicated in the order form.
Delivery to the customer is paid unless the sales agreement states otherwise. Delivery costs are visible during checkout.
Personal pickup of purchases made in the online store is not available.
If damage to the parcel is noticed at delivery, we recommend preparing a damage report and contacting the Seller at lucy@acoto.ooo.
All goods offered in the online store are intended for use only under direct adult supervision.

Due to the individual nature of the goods offered in the online store, under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, personalized goods prepared according to the customer's requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.
Complaints may be submitted by email to lucy@acoto.ooo. The submission should include order details and a description of the issue.

In matters not regulated by these terms, generally applicable Polish law applies, in particular the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
Polish law is the governing law for resolving disputes arising under these terms.
The current terms and conditions of the online store are published at www.acoto.ooo and provided electronically at the customer's request.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms.
These terms are based on the text in force on acoto.ooo since 25 May 2023 and have been adapted to the new sale of Travel Boxes.
