Data controller

The controller of personal data provided by the buyer while using the store is A Co To Lucyna Ludwiczak, NIP: 7773132782, with its registered office in Luboń at ul. Fiołkowa 12, Poland.

The purpose of processing customer data provided in connection with purchases is order fulfillment.
The basis for processing is the sales agreement or actions taken at the buyer's request to conclude it, a legal obligation related to accounting, and the Controller's legitimate interest in establishing, pursuing, or defending possible claims.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a sales agreement. Failure to provide data prevents the conclusion of a sales agreement in the Store.

Customer data will be processed until the sales agreement is no longer in force, the legal obligation to process data ceases, the possibility of pursuing claims expires, or the customer's objection to processing is accepted.

We count visits with our own analytics (analytics.plud.net). By default it works without cookies: nothing is stored on your device and no profile is built.
If you accept on the cookie bar, the analytics keeps a random visitor id in your browser so we can tell which visits led to an order, and we load the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure our ads. When you pay, we send Meta the purchase together with your email address in hashed form, so it can match the order to an ad you saw.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; declining removes the stored id. We ask again after 12 months.

The customer has the right to request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and transfer of data to another controller.
The customer also has the right to object to processing for reasons related to their particular situation if processing is based on the Controller's legitimate interest.

To exercise their rights, the customer should contact the Seller at lucy@acoto.ooo.
If the customer believes their data is processed unlawfully, they may file a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
