Purpose and legal basis of processing

  1. The purpose of processing customer data provided in connection with purchases is order fulfillment.
  2. The basis for processing is the sales agreement or actions taken at the buyer's request to conclude it, a legal obligation related to accounting, and the Controller's legitimate interest in establishing, pursuing, or defending possible claims.

Voluntary provision of data

  1. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a sales agreement. Failure to provide data prevents the conclusion of a sales agreement in the Store.

Processing period

  1. Customer data will be processed until the sales agreement is no longer in force, the legal obligation to process data ceases, the possibility of pursuing claims expires, or the customer's objection to processing is accepted.

Customer rights

  1. The customer has the right to request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and transfer of data to another controller.
  2. The customer also has the right to object to processing for reasons related to their particular situation if processing is based on the Controller's legitimate interest.

  2. If the customer believes their data is processed unlawfully, they may file a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
